Rico brings over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, financing, and management of institutional real estate portfolios across Germany and Europe. Beginning his career as a transaction manager, he acquired residential properties in Berlin for a British institutional fund and led the structured sale of a major Berlin residential portfolio. As Head of Transaction for a Berlin family office, he oversaw both residential and commercial deal flow before moving into fund consulting. A Certified Real Estate Manager (DAM) and dual-qualified engineer (Dipl.-Ing. (FH) and Dipl.-Wi.-Ing. (FH)), Rico combines deep technical expertise with institutional investment discipline.

Uwe is a civil engineer with over 35 years of professional experience and 30 years as an executive entrepreneur in real estate development. As founder of REC.Immobilien and Chairman of FRANKONIA Eurobau AG, he has personally overseen more than 35 development projects – including eight major premium mixed-use urban quarter developments across Germany’s leading cities. His expertise spans the entire development value chain: from site acquisition and conception through planning, construction, and marketing, to the prevention and resolution of real estate crises across legal, financial, and political dimensions. He advises developers, institutional investors, financial institutions, and insolvency administrators – drawing on a network that spans construction, finance, and the highest political circles. Experience you don’t find in a textbook.

Michael brings over 25 years of international real estate investment experience spanning Germany, the United Kingdom, and Europe. His career began at Morgan Stanley in London before he co-founded an investment firm focused on the German residential market. As COO, he led asset management operations across a team of 60 colleagues – overseeing residential renovations, major capital projects, and fund transactions for sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, and family offices. A Certified Asset Manager (IREBS) and Bachelor with Honours from King’s College London, Michael combines rigorous financial structuring with hands-on operational expertise across the full investment life cycle.
